Good quality, delivery a bit slow
I ordered a new set of loose-leaf planner refills and a zip-around planner. The quality of both items is excellent, as I've come to expect from Day-Timer. Not terrible, but a little longer than some other online stores. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, though.
